Important Announcement
The students who are selected for admission at Faisalabad Medical University are directed to submit their Fee as per UHS guidelines and then submit fee reipt and joining form in student branch at university. Call letter for documents submission will be issued later.

Preparation of Documents for MBBS/BDS admissions
Surety Bond and affidavit specimens:
